TestNewCollection Actions
- create a new collection
- name the new collection
- create a new event in the collection
- verify that the new event appears in the dashboard as well as the new collection
- use the "keep out of dashboard" menu item on the new collection
- verify that the new event in the new collection no longer appears in the dashboard
