Once you have logged in, you will see "Chandler" with a row of butons next to it. Click the "Show" button and that will give you the results. The results page lets you choose whether to see the answers aggregated for each question, or look at individual responses in their entirety.

Dear Friends,

NITLE has recently been in contact with the Open Source Application Foundation (OSAF), which is developing an information manager application, with support from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Based on expressions of significant interest from research universities in the higher education community, OSAF is considering how to address the issues of administration, scalability, and security in providing educational institutions with an open source software application to manage and share email, contacts, calendars and notes. Results of OSAF�s study of research universities are available as a link on the OSAF website: http://osafoundation.org/Chandler_in_higher_ed_TOC_3002_05_13.htm.

We feel that, in addition to larger research universities, OSAF should look at the requirements of small private liberal arts colleges represented by NITLE. A suite of open source productivity software applications may help all NITLE institutions reduce technology costs considerably. We therefore ask that you give this survey the attention it deserves, and appoint the appropriate person on your campus to complete the survey at: http://cet.middlebury.edu/evaluation/Chandler.php

OSAF informs us that it needs to submit its report to the Mellon Foundation by the end of June. In order for the pertinent information to be included in that report, I ask that you complete the survey at your earliest convenience.
