Agenda

Cosmo Update

• Cosmo stuff - where we are
  • Task list that Sheila, Mimi and Ted reviewed
  • Met with Matthew and Bobby
  • Defer the app polish and CSS stuff and consistent language stuff with Matthew
  • Saw the detail view
  • Pressing task for Mimi - produce the buttons so we can get them in the app
  • Detail view has a bunch of stuff missing - missing task stamp, needs some re-org
  • Talked through scenarios and will simplify some stuff.
  • May not be able to have the expanding notes field - then we don't know if it will work at the top
  • Will check with Matthew on Wed to see if there is anything blocking him

• Spoke with Bobby re: timezone and recurrence dashboard
  • We can punt all the timezone works
  • Don't need to change the sign-up workflow and header area
  • Sheila will look through bugzilla and talk to Ted
  • We will probably leave them assigned to 0.7 until feature freeze but people understand they are a low priority

• Dashboard/recurrence
  • Technical meeting
  • He still has a bunch of questions
  • Something similar to Chandler
  • Done?
  • Will we pull down all modifications?
  • Bobby proposed doing both kinds of auto-triage - when it happens AND tickling

• Agreement on server constraints
  • Proposal we talked about seems to be ok

• Bugzilla - review tasks and write up a summary
• What does QA need - summary of what we have closed - follow-up on that
• Will work with Aparna to schedule Cosmo QA sessions

Desktop:

• Any unresolved design issues - demo menu
• Core set of bugs that worry Mimi - weird bugs for sharing and triage and sharing errors
• Email stuff is not bad
• Edit/update workflows and byline stuff working ok for non-shared collections

Wiki Stuff:

• Defer the conversation until Wed
• Sheila will have a better idea of all the tasks assigned to her and we can prioritize
• Unblock things if Sheila does the following
  • Review PPD team page
  • Introductory paragraph for the planning page
  • Help us stuff (get started Tues/Wed)
