Desktop

• No major issues
• Design is still blocked on some bugs in order to do a full UI review of all the new features
• We will work on isolating these items this week

Cosmo

Discussion about styleguide

• Styleguide design session - UI review
• We have some items in the styleguide and Priscilla wants to review with Matthew
  • Pagination
  • Quick item entry
  • Alert bar
• Mimi feels there are some pen issues with the styleguide
• Need to decide on some functionality - have a list of questions specifically for developement
• Priscilla will prepare a list of questions to discuss
• We will schedule a meeting for this week but will not use the Tues design session

Follow-up for recurrence discussion

• Schedule this for regular design session on Tuesday
• How are we going to facilitate this discussion?
• Talk about the proposals - what we want to do
• Talk about the single item proposal to see if this is indeed easier
• Scenarios for editing recurring events - pull together info from other specs into a single table
• Mimi and Priscilla will work together on pulling this information together
• Pulling together all the scenarios into a table might not be doable in the short-term
• Need Jeffrey for some technical discussion
• So if we did a design meeting, what would we discuss
• Proposed agenda
  • Review the recurring events section of the dashboard specs (Mimi will do this)
  • Jeffrey can comment on how things are implemented from a technical perspective
  • Priscilla will walk-through the Cosmo proposal

Other Cosmo stuff

• Priscilla working on a summary email of all the Cosmo issues/bugs - one email
• Anything that we are specifically waiting for a developer response will be sent out separately

Branding

• Logo
  • Mimi sent something to the list
  • Mimi is ready to checking a set for the desktop - we can try these out
  • Need to still work out what the logo/product name will look like in all the different contexts
  • We could put the new logo stuff on QA Cosmo to see what it will look like but not ready to do that yet
  • Mimi is not happy with the header treatment - Mimi and Priscilla still iterating on the header treatment - alternate mockups
  • Review the current logo in the context of the wiki, web, splash screen
• Position statements
  • Are we still blocked on this?
  • Mimi wrote up some stuff for Pieter's wiki page. Sheila will ping Pieter about the next steps.
