Logo check-in

• Do the time estimates in the preview meeting sound ok? Sure.
• Middle of May for final artwork.
• Ask Pieter if we should trademark the logo.
• Reasonable that we might make some tweaks.
• Process - should we start with what Mimi has before doing more conceptual explorations.
• Priscilla - advisory role for the logo and not participating fully in the process.
• Mimi - driving the further refinements of the logo.
• When Mitch picks the concept we will regroup and determine how different people will be involved.

Cosmo naming issue

• Priscilla - still some confusion over what we use when.
• Is there still confusing over Chandler Hub vs Chandler Server?
• Chandler Hub
  • Planning and product
  • Specs
• Chandler Server - not a direct end user product for Preview.
• Still confusion about when we use Cosmo vs Chandler Server.
• Priscilla - concerned about communications directed to the developers.
• BCM - considers the communications too formal.
• Sheila will try and do a write framing the issue.
• Not go ahead and start changing the Cosmo yet.
• Table this until Ted is in town and we can discuss.

Persona terminology for marketing materials - PR list thread

• Pieter wants some workflows in addition to screen casts.
• I don't think we should use our target persona names as part of our marketing information.
• Target users personas are for the design group.
• Don't need to prioritize this right now.
• We will respond to the list.

Design session Tuesday

• Eventually we want to review dashboard recurrence with the Cosmo folks.
• Talk about what features will be visible in the minimal dashboard.
• Mimi and Priscilla will meet tomorrow to discuss then we can schedule the appropriate team review.

PPD Wiki page

• Review product, home and ppd pages.
• Schedule a time to discuss next week.

Friday QA session

• Will ping Aparna about this.
• We can be available if there is something specific to test.

Cosmo status

• Coming up with numbers and how much time we have for 0.7
• Spec review - do we have a formal review for this?
• Priscilla will keep making updates.
• Should we review the workflows and use cases with the QA separately? Priscilla will follow-up.

  • Finished workflows write ups for QA for 0.6.1 and for 0.7 and performance tests.
  • Reviewed recurrence work in cosmo with Mimi
  • Provided suggestion on wiki content for the PPD home

  • Continue cosmo 0.7 spec writing.
  • Write up a proposal about recurrence in 0.7, review with the cosmo team
  • Finish write up workflows for QA for 0.6.1 and for 0.7 and performance tests
  • Testing/filing bugs against QA cosmo/chandler.
  • Need to hand test performance on cosmo.
  • Start to revamp/write up for glossary
  • Continue to review bugs assigned to me and send out proposals on the design list.
  • Continue wiki gardening work; specifically Cosmo project parts of the wiki.

• Pulled together a Wiki Gardening Project homepage.
• Dogfooding and logging, testing, verifying bugs bugs bugs.
