• Is there anything specifically that we are worried about?

  • Auto-triage - since it's complex it's important that PPD do a lot of testing on this.

Logo stuff

• Send out some versions for another round of feedback.
• 3 logos ready for the Ops team and Mitch can pick.

Target user stuff

• Target user write-up - mostly focused on future users.
• Priscilla will send this to the list once she has made some edits with Mimi's help.
• We reviewed her write-up so far. We probably don't need to differentiate whether or not they are using C-Hub or C-Server for now.

Design list

• Two threads to summarize - about the items in multiple collections (soup).
• Sheila will do this.

Contacts

• Ernesto did some contacts work during last GSOC.
• We haven't yet integrated the work he has done.
• Large feature - needs to be really integrated in the product.
• Is there some minimal feature set we could integrate.
• If we can get adoption by getting people to develop plug-ins.
• Core to our architecture.

Google Summer of Code

• Priscilla is signed up as a mentor - going through Google process.

Glossary

• Should we revive the glossary.
• Didn't work well the first time around.
• Hard to be exhaustive and rigorous.
• Focus on important terms.
• Should we have a separate wiki area for it?
• Add on the left nav with help.

  • Start bucketizing all the Chandler bugs.

  • Summarize Cosmo discussions for multiple items in a collection.

  • Log bugs for all the documentation task.
  • Continue bucketizing Chandler bugs for triage.
  • Start tracking workflows progress.
  • Cosmo planning - checkin on 0.7 scheduling.

Priscilla

  • Provided more logo variations–will continue to refine.
  • Tracking dogfood feedback for Cosmo in bugzilla.
  • Working with Jared about incremental changes to the wiki-->bread crumbs/follow up with Philippe about Teams sections
  • Target users write up-->will follow up on the design list.
  • Filing 0.7 features in bugzilla.

• Plans
  • Review with Cosmo team about 0.7 front end dashboard work.
  • Write up workflows for QA for 0.6.1 and for 0.7
  • Write up simplified dashboard 0.7 spec. for Cosmo
  • Start to revamp/write up for glossary
  • Review bugs assigned to me. Will look over to see if I need to start any proposals on the design list.
  • Coordinate Google SOC w/ Mimi to refine Celeste's proposal.
  • Continue wiki gardening work; specifically Cosmo project parts of the wiki.

  • Pull together email for next round of logo feedback
  • Tweak the dog logo a little, see if we can find a middle ground between the leaping dog and the leaning dog
  • Try to close out the Account Browser dogfood thread and log bugs for it

  • Take a pass at the Chandler Project Wiki Home page
