Cosmo Update

• Priscilla - issues/concerns with Cosmo 0.5
  • Likes the idea of milestones
  • Concerned about schedule - do we need to have the Hibernate stuff for Beta
  • Priscilla will reply to the email
• Tues design session
  • Go through BCM's wish list and discuss all the items
  • Tease out the feature set and understand the target user better
• Other stuff
  • Setup a meeting to clarify the roles and release management stuff
  • Sheila will setup a call this week to discuss

Desktop

• Alpha4 - looking good
• Alpha5 and beyond
  • Round of stickie planning to Beta
  • Mimi pulling together emails/wiki info etc so Sheila can write specs

Branding

• List of deliverables - which internally vs outsource
• If we are outsourcing we need to figure this out now
• Let Priscilla and Mimi know that we are going to become more engaged

Design List

• Sheila will do the usual summary
• No big issues to summarize

Portal Project

• Need to create a new wiki - talk to Jared about this (Sheila)
• There are potential sections we can start on first
  • Cosmo
  • Some design stuff - dashboard, planning and roadmap
• Has to be this isolated thing like the landing pages
• Mimi can start moving the dashboard over and can implement some of the shell
• Need to template it according to the branding stuff
