Cosmo Sprint

• Mimi and Priscilla have been working on the target user session - planned for Wed am.

Target Users for Cosmo UI

• Wait until we have completed Sprint exercise then do formal write-up.

High-level Stickie Plan

• Workflow planning Monday @4:00pm (today)

Chandler Beta

• Sheila will capture the stickie plan from whiteboard
• Undo
• User-defined attributes, labelling
• Fill out the email spec based on proposals for Beta
• Overlays and the table - scoping to find out if we want to do this (John and Philippe)
  • Resolving the sidebar virtuality
  • Meeting to present options to get some feedback about what's easy/difficult.

Cosmo 0.5

• BCM asking about plans - anxious to start on Cosmo 0.5
• PPD needs to work with the interim dev manager on a new Cosmo 0.5 plan which includes server work

Design List

• Quick item entry discussion - not really worth summarizing
  • Do we need a spec? Yes probably, at least for QA.
  • Have Darshana fill in the dev details in the spec. (talk to Jeffrey)
• Last Call for email options to the list
• PPD should comment on the thread - problem about stylesheets rather than really fonts
  • Priscilla will respond to the list and close the thread
• Universal URL
  • Summarize that thread with a proposal that's doable in Cosmo 0.5 - make sure Morgen's in the loop
  • New dev manager - handle this
• Sharing
  • Need to write a sharing spec
• Data In/Out
  • Beta proposal to go to the list
  • Need some unified UI for import/export, sharing, imap subscribe
  • Mimi will start to put that stuff together
• Delete key - Sheila will check to see if it's logged as a bug
