    • Sprint - Review schedule and figure out who is doing what.
    • Terminology - how should we refer to the UI piece of Cosmo - Cosmo UI?
    • Vision/requirements doc - I would like to review what I have so far and go over the open issues with you both.
    • Scooby 1.0 target user - let's work on what Priscilla wrote so we can send it out.

    • Big uber Beta stickie plan - I want to take a stab at this
    • Alpha4 stuff - what specs need to be updated

    • Go over threads and issues

Cosmo/Scooby Sprint

  • Review agenda and session details

  • Day 1:
    • OSAF Mission - Katie
    • Open Source - Ted
    • Design Process - Sheila
      • PC: Some of the engineers think they don't have much say
      • PC: Comparatively with other companies - they do have more input
      • PC: They do understand the target users
      • MY: If they were to participate at the level that we are...they would have to spend all their time.
      • MY: If you spend time understanding the entire context you can participate more - Jeffrey participates a lot - expertise
      • MY: To make the decision, you have to have the entire user experience in their head
      • MY: Curious to find out people's feelings about the design process - before - think works well, doesn't work well
      • What do the developers need from us - do they want to know the steps?
      • Mid-level presentation - storyboards - not too detailed
      • Talk to Ted about right presentation to developers

  • Day 2:
    • What is the ecosystem - what are we building? (Sheila, Mimi, Priss)
      • Start with the write-up - Irene/Mini/Eric - the one that Priss did (Priss) - target user group description - priss's diagrams - sm group philosophy * Use scenario to illustrate the philosophies * Stamping - refresher on presentation * Dashboard presentation * Q & A
    • Design Strategy (Sheila)
      • Focussing on Casual Collaborator instead of individual contributor - Priss' other email (Priss)
      • Adoption and getting users - given the desktop this gets us the most users
    • Target users - group exercises and presentation (Mimi, Priss)
      • Mimi and Priss working on specifics
    • Whiteboard exercise - what still needs to be worked out for Scooby/Cosmo
      • Emphasize questions and decisions still to be made
    • Open Mic
      • What are people's thoughts on the design strategy
      • Target users
      • Who feels they fit into the target users - who feels they do not
      • Do they know people if not them, outside osaf that fit into the target user group and why
      • Experience with design process - where they had worked before
      • Did they feel they have more control
      • Concerns & questions
