• Strategy and roadmap discussions - should we put this on the design list?
  • Elements of the vision prioritization - what context do we need to have on the design list?

  • We don't want to randomize the list
  • Katie will look at what we need to say - statement or prioritization

• Workflows and usage scenarios
  • Stamping workflows, dashboard workflows - build a feature list from there
  • Email discussion - jump start discussion around bridging the gap
    • Need to frame that discussion and decide on which list
    • Mimi has first pass on email usage scenarios
    • Mimi and Ashkan will work together to pull together all this information
    • Usage scenarios - email, desktop, dashboard, stamping and desktop web
    • Send out a communication for email scenarios separately
    • Schedule a discussion with Philippe and BrianK^? to talk about email and staging

  • Talked to Priscilla about this - interested in working on it

  • After Alpha3/Alpha4 - trains are moving
  • Sheila will own getting it restarted - perhaps for board meeting

Alpha3/Alpha4

• Peformance test cases
  • Sheila will comment on the list.
• Chandler dev topic - having people use the background sync branch to test
  • Background sync is still the biggest risk for Alpha3.
• Philippe asked for clustering to be added to the spec - but not our top priority
• Bryan and Philippe will write-up questions and send to the list
• Is there some problem where doing a small prototype might help us get past the issue.
• People having real data and real needs - we learn from that which is different from prototype.
