Product planning/strategy priorities

• There is also a proposal for a target user. Do we need to show how we got there?
  • Yes - we could take a reference and show how it evolved. We should also pick a non target user and show how their workflows don't relate.

Talk about a "beta" release

• Could we get to some beta release before 1.0?
  • Chandler 0.7 is a plausible skeleton
  • We could add in the clustering stuff - in place item creation, command line for dummies
  • Exposing more explicitly the attribute types in the sidebar - user defined attribute - you could create a collection in the sidebar - who type collection
    • Visual queues - texture for organization - bucketizing attributes
  • Quick entry stuff
  • More of a ramp for creating new things
  • Sharing
    • Improvements to dialog
    • Sharing world - publish as well as subcribed collections
  • Rich text editing? iCal doesn't have this
    • It would be nice to make urls work
    • We can be dragging items in that don't have this
  • Email replies, threads would be handled by clusters
