Product Planning

• Mimi - put together a draft of prioritization email to review in next PPD meeting.
• Sheila will send out context and intro for the competitive analysis stuff - by the end of this week.
  • 1/2 meeting for Priscilla/Mimi and Sheila to talk about spreadsheet
  • Update spreadsheet and send to the list for comments
• User interviews
  • Mimi - finalize the writeups for Mitch, Katie and Esther
  • Consoladate interviews we have done so far - Chao, Mitch/Esther/Katie stuff
  • Try to do this bottoms up - rather than look at interviews and do an analysis
    • pick 1-2 interviews and do a design session on - walk-through how Chandler meets their needs, where it doesn't, what needs more work
    • check based on real users - what we have already, what target users we hit and what we have that is useful for them
    • summary - here are a couple of users - here is what we do for them
    • come up with a proposal
    • have one design session to get people on board - have person in the room

• Progress is more important than making sure everyone is involved
