• brainstorming exercise

  • discuss categories
  • times associated with them
  • examining different lists - how would you group stuff together
  • talk about collaboration scenarios

• set the tone

  • explain next steps in the process after discussion

• see if Esther and Amy can attend to have some non-developer attendence
• bring to discussion - jot 5 most recent emails (excluding spam) and bring them to the meeting

Scooby Meeting

• go through use cases that Scooby 0.1 will use
  • do we assume the users all use Chandler - yes
  • they are currently using Chandler and want to get web access to their calendar
  • share a calendar with non-chandler users? you don't have to run a client
  • sharing is initiative from chandler

Other Stuff

• separate chandler dev and cosmo dev teams with dev managers
• design, build, qa will support all products both
• do we have separate design lists/discussions

Spec Review

• table spec - needs some updating
• free-busy spec - rewrite with invitations
