Plan

In order to accomplish a specific set of scooby automation tasks we need to develop a client that will send mock scooby JSON-RPC requests to the scooby java backend via HTTP. We can leverage our current TestObject^? and HTTPTest work to do this quickly and cleanly and also easily integrate with OAF when the time comes.
