Inter-group Chao (+ Mimi)Provide 0.4 target for Summary Table view spec First draft done. Pending discussion with Katie
Done Chao (+ Mimi) Write up and explain design requirements for stamping and Content model requirements Now mainly an engineering architecture issue.
Not Done Chao (+ Mimi) Provide 0.4 target for DnD spec  
Inter-group Brian Provide design requirements for names and addresses (was exportable addresses) Proposal ready and discussed within design team. Pending discussion with engr
Done Mimi Conduct brainstorming session on communications and email in particular  
Inter-group Chao Bring up engineering constraints on firewall constraints and peer-to-peer protocol design and how this impacts sharing. Determine how this impacts design requirements and product plans.  

By Integration Point "A"

  • Provide design requirements and facilitate sharing transport resolution
  • Convert sharing into implementable production projects
  • Define a 0.4 target for email, with the appropriate specs completed
  • Review Morgen's extensibility proposal and provide feedback
  • Brainstorm and scope user-defined attributes
  • Brainstorm and discuss usability plan. Goal is to integrate lightweight usability testing into design process

Time permitting:

  • Brainstorm and scope search (including search box/navbar)

By Integration Point "B"

  • Complete first draft of production projects for following:
    • Rule builder
    • Dashboard view
    • Universal text entry box
  • Brainstorm and scope search
  • Conduct lightweight (concept and paper prototype) usability tests
