The current release of Cosmo is
0.6.1, released on
May 11th, 2007.
This release focuses on the server side communication between Chandler desktop and the Chandler server. We have created a new HTTP-based synchronization protocol,
Morse Code, and data format,
External Information Model Markup Language (EIMML), which significantly decrease the time it takes to subscribe to and synchronize collections between the desktop and server. Learn more about
Chandler Hub (Cosmo) and the server project.
Assumptions
- This is a dog-foodable release. The target user is based on a very specific workflow and is not intended for a general audience use. Calendaring is still the main focus for 0.6.0.1. Task lists and other features will be addressed in a later release.
- Revise web UI layout to more closely resemble Chandler where it makes sense.
