Status

Status: We are implementing the sidebar and tabbed views in 0.4. We will be evaluating which subset of the related specs below to implement in 0.4 after engineering milestone 3.15 and possibly 3.16 (see ApplicationWorkingGroupMilestones)

Navigation Bar design is an open issue dependent on the ExportableAddress? issue and further design requirements on search and rule building.
