Visual polish clean-up

• Splashscreen progress bar - make it look prettier.
• Panes should top and bottom align
• Vertical dividers should be the same thickness. 6 pixels on Windows (including borders) and 10 pixels on Mac (including borders).
• Remove inconsistencies in beveling, particularly on Mac which is causing 3D look.

Sharing

• If a user adds an incoming shared event to a different collection, dialog asks them if they want to continue sharing event status on that item (if event status was shared in the first place)
• If a user deletes an incoming shared item from their All collection, dialog asks them if they want to delete it from the share as well

• No border around the "entire detail view" pane
• Notes field should go all the way to the bottom of the pane
• No beveling around the mark-up bar. Change background of the mark-up bar on Windows to match the grey background of the detail view.
