Icons and graphics for Cosmo 0.6

Just listing out the icons needed for 0.6. So far we need to have the following icons, mouse over, down, pushed and regular states:

• help (goes to help page on the wiki, ie. how to subscribe with Chandler)
• info (blue 'i' to go to Collection Details dialog)
• sign up for Cosmo (perhaps an arrow in a circle?)
• add to Cosmo (plus sign in a circle?)
• address link (in the Collection Details dialog to put the link in the address field)
• tabs in the settings dialog

• pencil (not editable)
• notification (mail to link) icon? Or should it be hyperlinked for 0.6?

Graphics

• Sign up to Cosmo
• Do we want to have icons (Chandler icon) in the application drop down menu? Other additional icons?

Animated Graphics

• Processing cursor when saving and item on the calendar
• Processing image on the event lozenge when adding an event on the calendar UI
• Processing image on the canvas when there is a 'delay' in the calendar UI to render
