0.4 Demo

For OSAF Board, WAC/CSG, LPFI, etc.

Purpose:

The purpose of this short demo is to show the beginnings of the Chandleresque features and functions that will continue to develop into the Kibble releases (0.5-0.9).

The demo will highlight what is different between Chandler and other PIM software or novel approaches to implementation of more common functions, as opposed to simply demonstrating the standard features found in other software. While we might be excited to be able to set up an e-mail account and get e-mail from an IMAP server, this alone in not sufficient to take time during the short demo. The fact that these functions are derivative from implementation of the Open Source Twisted framework libraries and that we get other benefits (like Morgen's webservlet application) IS significant and worth mentioning in the dialog/patter accompanying the demo.
