Re-engage CSG - recalibrate plans, road map, requirements

  1. First OSAF needs to reevaluate if the old CSG technical WGs is the right structure
    • Remap CSG TWG to OSAF WG, e.g. interoperability to Services WG
      • review old WG
      • Chao, Lisa, Katie to map new structure
  2. OSAF to create a scope statement for 2-day working session
    • Purpose is to review OSAF desicsions in architecture to see if this is still in sync with higher eEd
  3. OSAF sends E-mail to preexisting members of CSG TWG - get up to speed
  4. 2-day working in sessions at OSAF
    • Did higher Ed requirements change
    • Review the NITLE requirements from Scott's survey
    • Did OSAF approach change, e.g. CAP -> WebDAV, password -> PKI
    • Because we are pulling Westwood features into Canoga, what is the best way to productize Canoga to ensure widest adoption by higher Ed in Canoga timeframe?

Create end user focused documentation

  1. Introducing Chandler to Higher Ed. -- we need an introductory marketing (user focused document/presentation) that can be used by Chandler advocates to introduce Westwood to their constituencies.
  2. Super milestone newsletter? - A one-page summary announcement of significant development goals and achievements at major milestone intervals.
