Progress:

• Scooby 0.1 - finishing landing page
• Scooby 0.2 - planning - presentation at staff meeting
• Chandler alpha2 - supporting devs - clarifying minor spec details
• Continued work on 1.0 product plan and competitive analysis kickoff

Application WG (Philippe)

• Progress
  • 0.7alpha2 moved out 2 weeks to allow the wx tarball issue to get fixed and settle down
  • Except for some Dashboard features, all tasks (from Apps) are in or waiting on wx to roll in
• Plan
  • Team will be focusing on fixing bugs, write functional tests and help others get stuff in alpha2
  • John focusing on fixing the wx issue
  • David on wxColumnHeader integration

Platform WG (Katie)

• Progress
  • fixes for repository bugs uncovered by background sync
  • enhanced attribute indexes to accept one or more attribute names
  • upgraded to PyLucene-2.0rc1-5-1
  • ported the feeds parcel to eggs
• Plans
  • work on remaining alpha2 bugs (domain model, sharing, interop, recurrence, etc.)
  • start on alpha3 designs/proposals (dump and reload, stamping, etc.)

QA, Build and Release (Heikki/Aparna)

• Progress:
  • Checkpoint_0.7alpha2.dev-r10220-20060410 was tested, 11 bugs were filed and the status report is available at: http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Journal/DanSteinicke20060410
  • Testing of 0.7 features like free-busy is in progress for alpha2
  • Cosmo automation complete for 0.3 release

• Plans:
  • Team will be focussing on verifying resolved bugs for alpha2 as well as testing new features
  • Write up a web upload tool for uploading files and repositories to paniolo to faciliate exchange of files between Design, QA and Dev teams.
    

Cosmo and Scooby (John)

Progress:

• Cosmo
  • Working on closing out 0.3 release. Migration tool is done and we're testing with real data!
  • Fixed a small number of bugs left open for 0.3
  • Started thinking for next release.
• Scooby
  • Scooby 0.2 has been kicked off and underway. Overlapping events is mostly done.
  • Discussions about JavaScript frameworks are ongoing on the list. We're currently talking about Dojo, Prototype, and MochiKit^?.

Plans:

• Cosmo
  • Fix remaining bugs for 0.3
  • Get 0.3 release candidate into QAs hands this week.
  • Start work on 0.4 plan.
• Scooby
  • Update wiki with 0.2 plan.
  • Update Bugzilla with 0.2 bugs.
  • Continue work on JavaScript frameworks issue.
  • Write up specs for 0.2.
  • Continue development for 0.2
  • Get discussions going on the mailing list for Scooby 0.2 features that need more discussion.
