Highlights

• Progress: Back at work post-holidays. FoxCloud^? site hosted on Cosmo has scalability problems currently under investigation.
• Plans: CSG meeting this week and Calconnect next week.

Design and PM (Sheila)

• Progress: Limited progress during the holidays. Started working through bugs/enhancements in 0.7 list, triaging and tagging them according to proposed tenet (building on some work Philippe has done). Worked on CSG prep and restructuring/updating design home page.
• Plans: Mimi out Wed/Thursday and CSG Meeting. Sheila working on bug triaging, handling dogfood feedback from holiday period, scheduling and table specs. Ramp up 0.7 design and spec process. Planning for numerous design meetings next week including first weekly collaborative dev/design meeting on Jan 12th.

Application Team (Philippe)

• Plan : Focus on planning 0.7: update architecture tasks page, triage and prirotize bugs and tasks per dev.
• Progress : Most of us were on vacation last week. Some very interesting Detail View new features (like autocompletion) by Bryan.

Dev Platform and Services (Katie)

• Progress: Morgen added some new documentation: Sharing extensibility, Chandler as a webserver, and a parcels list. He also wrote an example script for importing .ics files directly exported from Outlook. PJE finished up schema API changes (described on the dev list), and did work on setuptools (including some documentation). Bear upgraded dateutil, twisted and zope to the latest versions. Several folks took some PTO.
• Plan: Get our act together for 0.7. Prepare for calconnect next week. Finish lingering 0.6 documentation and cleanup. Kick off community projects.

QA, Build and Release (Heikki/Aparna)

• Progress: Went over the bugs deferred from 0.6 to 0.7 and marked the severities and status whiteboard. Also went over the notes from CATS review to made appropriate changes to the design.
• Plans: Work with Dan on adding additional automated test suites.

Cosmo and Scooby (BCM/Bobby)

• Progress: Cosmo 0.2 bug fixes
• Plans: Cosmo 0.2.5 release sometime this week

IT (Jared)

• Progress: Everyone's back from time off. Recovered from upstream-of-cosmo bug taking down the production instances on demo server.
• Plans: Talk to Oregon State about possible open-source hosting arrangements. Build out solid 1/2 rack colo at 365 Main for KEI. Build out cosmo metrics. VPN and SAN prototypes. Desktop backup rollout.
• Personnel: Get a dedicated OSAF IT intern.

Community (Pieter)

• Progress: Presentation prepared for CSG meeting Thursday (Katie)
• Plans: Attend and present at CSG meeting. Lisa and Grant to attend Calconnect next week.
