Mitchell BakerGather empirical data regardng community involvement in the 0.3 timeframeCompletedConfirm with Mitch that this task has been completed.Didn't explicitly talk with Mitch about this, but did talk about new things needed for 0.4 planning.
Mitchell BakerHelp all working groups define a reasonable set of community related goals for the 0.4 release. In progressReview initial iteration of goals at Management Committee. See if management committee is agreed that we can proceed with concrete goals for the 0.4 timeframe while we develop big picture goals for integration into the roadmap.Management Committee agreed with the two-prong appoach: incremental community-related goals identified for each working groups; and a more general process for driving the overall "open-sourceness" of the project, managed lead by the CWG.

We also noted that the incremental goals should be managed by the working groups as part of the overall development cycle, with support and assistance from CWG as appropriate

Heikki has moved build related community goals to the mawn 0.4 goals page for builds; chao has added as place holder in the design group goals, with a note he wants to review the actual content of the goals after his vacation; last I checked the repository, apps and services goals had not yet been added to the main 0.4 goals pages for those groups.
Mitchell BakerAttend Community Working Group meetingIn progressWork on 0.4 goals, both for CWG and for othersDone for this week.
Mitchell BakerAttend Management Committee and All Hands Meetings; create and distribute notes from each. In progressAttend meetings. Create and distribute notes.Attended. Need to find some links to publish the notes.

Heikki points out that bonsai DB doesn't know about cvs imports and can lose commits under heavy load. Recognized that I don't care about imports and decided that I'm not concerned enough about very heavy loads to want to tackle parsing the RCS files themselves.

Haven't gotten mysql bonsai access yet.
