(N) Make a few terminology proposals, to try to sort out trouble spots.

(N) As per Chao's request, serve as driver for the list of next actions from March users & groups meeting? -- coordinate tasks and make sure everything gets done.
Nope, didn't have time for these tasks. (Well, I did sent out mail about one terminology issue, "Persona+", but wasn't able to get it sorted out. We'll need to have a meeting about that and other terminology issues.)

(5) Finish up on design doc page templates, and get Chao and Mimi to sign off on them. Do a little more work on About Page Types? and its sub-pages, so that they have all the features Mitch asked for.

(6) Work with Mimi implement the proposals outlined in Design Group Meeting 2004 03 01

(8) Apply templates to a half dozen existing design docs, or as Chao suggests, delegate some of this to Chao and Mimi.

(9) Review with Chao and Mimi the proposed changes to the Project Overview Table, and then make the changes.

(10) Work with Mimi to get all our Use Cases organized.

(11) Work with Mimi to create a page with a diagram that serves as a "map" of the documentation landscape.

(4) Done. See notes.

(5) Did some more work on this. See About Page Types? and the Design Overview Template

(6) Mimi and I are getting together on Monday to work on this.

Ducky SherwoodDetermine % of bugs reopened.Completed Done. In talks with Heikki, he said that #bugs REOPENED divided by number of bugs closed (VERIFIED or CLOSED or RESOLVED) would be close enough for his purposes. There are currently 35 bugs that have ever been REOPENED and 1035 that have ever been closed; slightly over 3%. Heikki says that at Netscape, it was more like 30%, so thinks we don't really have enough bug history to be meaningful. I'll start tracking it anyway.
