Mimi YinDocumentationIn progress Met with Jed (as the prototypical end-user of the Design team's documents). Come out with a set of targetted feedback to be implemented over the next few weeks.

Came up with use case framework for workflow and UI component documentation. Need to rationalize that with Brian's documentation structure.

Documented a set of decisions and open issues from Mitch on the wiki.

Mimi YinEntering workflowIn progressPropose sketches for creating new items. Linked and unlinked.
Mimi YinQueries / Collections / ViewsIn progress Most of this week has been spent on the structure design of Collections, their relationships to queries (rules), program actions (both user-facing and under the hood) and views. After meeting with Mitch on Friday, we think we have a coherent story about the first 2 items and a good idea of how complicated the issue of "views and collections" will be. I have been tasked with doing a first pass at writing up the proposal.

I also have a proposal for workflow and UI affordances for how collections are created, managed and edited as well as how rules are built and they integrate with filters. (The proposal has not been reviewed by the design team.)

We still need a dedicated conversation about search and views.

Mimi YinUser workflowsIn progressPin down and prioritize Canoga user workflows.

Mitchell BakerGet the community related documents on the wiki reorganizedCompletedGet revised top level project page publicly available, look for input as to whether it helps people find things.Done. We modeled the Community Development Project page (Community Home) on the Applications Project and Repository Project pages, so there is some consistency. It still doesn't get the most useful links at the top of the page, but there should be some logical, semi-intuitive way to walk the hierarchy and find things. Next step is to test this hypothesis.

Thanks to Ducky for actually making a lot of this happen.
