This is to help take advantage of the C++ copy-on-write code for these classes and to not trigger an incorrect optimization when trying to reuse the original object. * Refactored wx.Timer wrapper so that it doesn't have to save a reference to itself. * Chased down some wxMac issues and got details to Stefan so he could fix. * wxVListBox: Fixed scrollbar problem with wxGTK2. Fixed how the wxNotebook applies bg colors to the child controls so the VListBox^? doesn't get the wrong color. Fixed it so cursor keys could be used on Windows. Fixed it to use the right font on Windows. * Fixed wxSplitterWindow to not depend on starting out with a very small size anymore. * Removed some extra Refresh() calls in the demo that are not needed anymore.

"Lead" in the sense that a healthy community is a feature goal for Canoga, and someone needs to be driving the development of that feature. Jeffrey Harris	Create functionality to import/export Chandler data to standard formats, with special emphasis on Outlook.	In progress	Talk to Morgen about getting the csv module to work on Windows. Add an item to the Test menu to import a CSV file, also an item to delete all Contacts in //userdata/contentitems, to make testing easier. Figure out why I can't see the created Contacts from Chandler's UI. Talk to Andi about possible oddities with interacting with the repository. Test more complicated data sets.	Mark got the csv module working, unfortunately the Windows automatic debug build wasn't working, so debugging was a little tough. Tested import code, tightened it up, made docstrings use epytext. Added a menu item to import CHANDLERHOME/contacts.csv. Updated Contact display code to not choke when a name or phone number doesn't exist for a contact. Had a long conversation with Brian about what's important to add to the Contact schema, what should be imported, and which Outlook fields can be ignored.
