Could not find a way to do what I needed with Carbon without an expensive loop. So I compromised and built an as efficient as possible version of the method that moves some of the overhead outside the loop, and also will fall back to MeasureText^? if antialiasing is turned off. Added an API to wxSTC to turn off the anitaliasing.
