Views are the primary interface in which users browse, create and edit Chandler Jungle.Items.
As shown in the diagram above, a view consists of a view type and a set of queries applied to Chandler's data repositories. The view type is the user interaction implementation of the view and will have a well-documented set of
APIs so that any developer can create their own view types tailored to specified items, tasks and workflows.
Chandler will ship with several view types as shown above and discussed in the links below. Specific applications then apply a query against a view type. For example, an Inbox view may use a tabular view against the user's email items.
