Punch list for mailing list renaming

• announce impending move on all mailing lists and blogs
• add MX record for lists.osafoundation.org pointing to laweleka
• shut off leilani MTA
• shut off mailman qrunner (/etc/init.d/mailman stop)
• rename mailman lists via mailman rename procedure from FAQ
  • dev to chandler-dev, cosmo to cosmo-dev, scooby to scooby-dev
  • cd lists
  • mv oldlist newlist
  • cd archive/private
  • mv oldlist.mbox newlist.mbox
  • run mmarch for each list
• update each list config:
  • use new name in 'real_name' parameter
  • use new string in subject header
  • changes description if necessary
  • use lists.osafoundation.org for host_name param in web ui
  • Add old list address to 'acceptable_aliases' (privacy/recipient filters)
• add email alias forwards from dev to chandler-dev, cosmo to cosmo-dev, scooby to scooby-dev
• run newaliases
• turn on mailman qrunner
• turn leilani MTA
• check mailman/qfiles for any stuff messages
• put in Apache redirects for the old pipermail urls
• put in e-mail forwards for old lists
• test forwards
• test list archive pages
• update gmane info
• update mailing list info on web sites/wiki
