  • Still working on the branding
  • Working on presentation on what's the next 6 months will look like for Chandler and Cosmo
• Cosmo (Ted)
  • Whole team meetings last week
  • All set for Cosmo 0.6, everybody working on it
• Chandler (Philippe)
  • Alpha4 almost out, please dogfood
  • Alpha5 will be out sometime in January 2007
  • Everybody working on alpha5 right now
• Hosted Service (Jared)
  • osaf.us generally available, 46 users signed up, 20-something OSAF, the rest outside
  • cosmo-demo still on but deprecated, please don't use it
  • use support@kei.org or Bugzilla service product to report bugs

Focus on Preview, focus on performance (Katie)

• Much better plan for Cosmo
• Chandler more stable and starting to be demoable
• Great sense of shared goal between the teams
• Biggest challenge overall: performance! especially of Chandler.
• Overall, we need for Preview:
  • Coherent feature set
  • Stable product
  • Good performance: need to revisit the target for Preview
