Strategy

• Reiterate the ecosystem mentality
• Product planning and element prioritization applies to all Scooby, Cosmo and Chandler
• Everyone should try and follow the discussions on the list and participate
• Mimi's prioritization email is one step that will help us determine the right priorities to focus on

  • About 2 years of funding for OSAF at it's current size
  • We need to get to usable set of products and services in 1 year
  • We need to be at a point of getting users in 1 year
  • The product plan will be focussed on meeting that goal
