1. Announcements
Primarily, this role is to coordinate between the design team and engineering.
- We have decided to provide limited hosting for the M2Crypto Project. We don't have the resources to provide general hosting for other Python-based open source projects, but as we ourselves rely on M2Crypto and there was a need, we decided to make an exception.

3. Organizational Announcement
- Mitch has been working with the Management Committee to determine a more efficient organizational model for OSAF. It was clear to him that we needed to switch gears a bit. The specific changes are:
- Mitch will be less of a hands on manager of the software development process, and focus more on leadership, continuing to be the public spokesperson for the project, and managing the back office (HR, Finance, Admin) functions of OSAF. OSAF Staff will assume more power and responsibility for getting day to day development things done. Mitch will still be directly responsible for overseeing the design integrity of Chandler.
- Andi and Ted are the sole members of the Repository Group, now reporting to Katie. Katie will look to replace herself as the Coordinator of the Apps Group, and as the Architecture Coordinator, will focus on system wide architecture and performance issues.
- Heikki and his group will report to Lisa. Lisa, in addition to being the Coordinator of the Services Group, is also the Release Schedule Coordinator. She will run the Milestone Review Meetings, which Mitch will oversee.
- Mitch wanted to make clear that one does not need to be in a management role in order to provide leadership – our individual contributors are very important.
- Mitch also wanted to set the expectation for the group that our organizational structure will continue to evolve as our needs evolve.
- Esther and Suzette will be working on an updated org chart, which will be posted to the wiki in the near future.
