I. Feature freeze milestone next week.

• A. This means demos at the next All Hands, so we'll need to do some scheduling.

• B. There will be tasks between now and next week to make sure loose ends for the milestones are tied up. Mitch has the job of identifying and communicating these tasks.

• C. Today the design team is to look at the current 0.3 release running.

• D. We will do some kind of organizational recognition when we ship 0.3, with some swag. Might be only for employees at this time, but might extend to others. If we don't do this now, then we will before too long.

II. Discussion of the possibilities of some offsite fun events, and generally increasing the "fun" factor of working at OSAF. Both with OSAF people, and with everyone in our Inter-Entity world. There's also a plan to articulate a set of Intere-Entity core values. Mitchell will be the OSAF rep. If we can do a good job of describing who we aspire to be, it helps in many ways.
