1. People coming in over the next few weeks.
2. Morgen's presentation on Status Reporting Tool. We're hoping to use this to get uniformity in status reports, make it easier to write them and review them, and to get information available publicly. There's a bit more work to be done. Hopefully we'll start using this to input info, and put this in the wiki pages as we do now. If it works, then we'll see if we can start using this regularly and show it to people. If you use HTML, be very careful. Mismatched tags will cause a big problem. We need to get it off Morgen's private box and get passwords managed etc before we start to show it around.
3. Michael gave an 0.3 update. We're getting closer to getting a documents-based Chandler which is useful for the 0.3 release. Still on target, although there's a lot of work to be done. John, Katie and Jed getting to the point where large useful blocks will exist. 0.3 will need some minimal blocks that are interesting that display calendar, etc. These need some design work. Next two weeks are important. Need to avoid blockage to be successful for 0.3.
