Design Processes

1. More posting on the public dev list. It has been productive, the signal to noise ration is high.

Jeffrey and Geoff have been participating a great deal. Geoff has been working with Brian and has actually found his way around enough to start providing patches which is great news. Geoff got started by looking at the HelpUsProjectsList? page, so please check it out.

Jeffrey Harris is also getting involved, which is great.

2. Feature Prioritization -- define Canoga in a more specific way We're also moving to design issues; Mimi has flagged a few. For example, can an item "morph" say from an email to a task, or do we create a new item? Does the user decide? There are a chunk of these issues coming up. Current thinking on this topic can be found here: http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Main/ImmutabilityIssueScenarios. (Note that this document lacks context, it is a view into the process, rather than a cohesive description of what is happening.) As the thinking gets more cohesive, we can have general discussion on these topics. This is a bit of a change from the earlier technical design discussions, reflecting the maturing of the project.

3. Facilities discussions. Elevators, security, etc. Elevator software problems lead us to think that maybe we should have the Open Source Elevator Foundation J
