Build System

• We need to document what we do on the Java build side of things.
• We need a process for building libraries and releasing them to the build system. There has been some confusion and that confusion has caused a number of bad builds unfortunately.
  • Transition the CalDAV4j library to a build supported external library (maintain it through the build/release process, have a tinderbox setup for it, etc.)
  • Revisit the build system for snard and versioning.
    • Only release snarf when scooby and cosmo do a release.
    • Bear to propose to the list about snarf.

Operational Issues

• Jared to write up service support procedures.

Summer of Code

• Brian is in touch with Elliot, our Google Summer of Code student and is working with him on his project.
