Repeat Last Command Button in Toolbar

Wil requested a RepeatLastCommandOption?. At the same time, he requested that a button for the last command appear in the toolbar. This makes it easy to drag that command into the toolbar for later use.

Note that in Wil's scenario (which apparently is taken from Ecco), the button represents

  • the last command
and not
  • the command of "perform the last command"

In other words, if you do this sequence:

  • delete a message
  • drag the "last command" button into position X in the toolbar
  • mark a message unread
  • hit the button in position X
then you will delete a message, not mark it unread.

(Think of the little bookmark in the URL box in Mozilla; it changes to represent the current URL every time. If you drag it to the toolbar, pressing it doesn't mean "take me to the current URL".)
