In iCal:

  1. right click on calendar name
  2. click "Publish"
  3. in "Publish on" pulldown, select "a Private Server"
  4. in "Base URL" field enter "http://<path-to-chandler>/dav/. For Hub, this is http://hub.chandlerproject.org/dav/
  5. enter username in "Login" field and password in "Password" field
