Notes

• PJE has a patch to automate the html generation from doctest files, he'll send to Bear who will incorporate that into the build process along w/other autogen'd docs (epydoc, etc).
• General agreement that the error messsages are front and center in front of users, and we'll want to localize them. For Preview? Not on anyone's schedule.
• Grant and PJE need to work out MailStamp design with Brian Kirsch -- refactor so that it refers to a message, instead of being a message. Need to sort this out as other things depend on this getting sorted out.
• PJE: Exporter registration for Morgen, finish out sharing schema object for EIM
• Heikki: working on performance

• 7435: Delete related traceback in blocks, also repo check() errors
• 7437: broken birthdays (setting event status on recurring all day event)
• 7448: Traceback on dragging to change start time of 'all future events'
• Made a svn clone of ErnestoRivera’s contacts project, and fixed it to work in 0.7α4.
• Updated ZeroDotSevenRecurrence to reflect changes in the plan for α5 recurrence.
• Per-attribute occurrences are currently blocked till I come up with a strategy for indexes and calculated values, and till I figure out how I will fit in upcoming changes from JeffreyHarris and BryanStearns.
• Started figuring out how to implement some of the stamping workflows for Preview (i.e. edit/update and the object lifecycle related attributes).
• Met with JeffreyHarris, MimiYin, to discuss requirements for α5 edit/update work (notes here).
• Sent JeffreyHarris a patch for not making getNextOccurrence() be the funnel for all recurrence generation. This means that we don't go and generate all the occurrences in the past if an event’s master is in the past and you’re only trying to figure out what to display this week.
• Reviewed JeffreyHarris’s patch for making modifications be in collections.
• Met with PPD & engineering to discuss edit/update workflows and their impact on Mail.
• Implemented a first cut at the domain model changes needed for edit/update workflows.
