Parsing of Items for date/time information

Introduction
The project is about parsing of items and extracting date/time information from them.If the user stamps an item to a Calendar Event(by clicking on the Event icon), the body of the item is parsed for date/times.
If one date/time is found, set the start and end date/time of the event accordingly.
If more than one date/times are found, ignore all date/times and leave the date as today's date and time as anytime. (This is the current behavior when the item is stamped as an Event).
