Paginating Cosmo's User Admin Web UI

Current Status:

July - 19th - I have implemented pagination at the DAO layer and have submitted a patch to Brian for review. I am currently reading up on a few things in order to take it to the UI layer.

August - 2nd - The DAO layer patch has been approved and Pagination has been implemented in the UI Layer using Struts. Due to the cosmo scooby merge we decided to push back the "AJAXy" design until a later date. As of now the paging and navigation tools are inplace. The next step is to implement sorting in the UI layer.

August - 16th - Pagination has been implemented in Cosmo. Some minor decoupling and refactoring needs to be done. I will be involved in the Cosmo sprint until Friday and then have all of next week to finish up my project, which should be enough time.
