I think you should have the option to assign a WikiName? to every Item, and then reference that item by WikiName? in any other item (so a Task item could refer to a person, project, or organization by WikiName? and a reader could then jump to those linked items easily).

Some items (esp. Person items) could be assigned a default WikiName? as FirstnameLastname?

There could be an issue of wanting to handle multiple namespaces. For instance, I might write lists of UserStories? for each of a number of projects, linking off to single-Story pages. I might want each project to have its own namespace. (Perhaps with implicit Zope-like acquisition, so one single-Story item could reference another in the same namespace without having to specify a namespace at all.)
