Announcements

• Sheila is coming back full time in January. She's calling into the staff meeting this week, and will be in the office the week after Thanksgiving. First task: will get back with CSG.
• Wholeoffice (KEI) Chandler demo Tue, November 27, Mimi to run the demo/presentation.
• PyCon deadline is Friday. Need to get this going. PJE on eggs?
• Oracle FLOSS volunteers invited for lunch.
• No ops mtg next week (Thanksgiving week).

Project check in

• Server: Skipped. Ted wasn't there.
• Desktop: 0.7.2 rc3 was the good one, release later today, 0.7.3 branch landing tomorrow.
• Hub: 0.9 going final, Hub update later today, this includes overlay.
• QA: very busy on Cosmo 0.9 and 0.10, hard to cover Desktop 0.7.2 despite some weird bugs at the end.
• PPD: Mimi's back, trying to go interview users and do active learning on what's blocking. Working on the "3-months plan" for both Desktop and Cosmo. Basically, this is the road to 1.0. Broad charter: Cosmo to be a self sufficient calendar/task manager, Desktop efficient personal GTD system.
• Threads or issues blocking
  • Need to solve the TBoxes issues John and Mikeal are having. Philippe to call a meeting with Bear and Heikki to study the problem and alternatives.
  • Items in multiple collections in the Cosmo list

Strategy and Evangelism

• Cosmo for conference rooms for KEI? Jared to follow up on that
• Tim Budd (Oregon State) asking for us to give a talk in his class. Philippe to forward to the PR list.
