Project check in

• Server: no big issue
• Hub: up to date 0.7.5
• Desktop: moving on 0.7.2, rearchitecture pilot project launched, work on 0.7.future (road to 1.0)
• QA: altering the QA processes for Cosmo to have more automated tests, autotest on Desktop making progress
• PPD: wrapping up things before Mimi's PTO, finish stuff for Desktop, share PPD's time between spec and evangelism, will work on screen casts
• Evangelism: big new last week was Scoble, need to post ideas on what people could do for evangelism

Conferences and Events

• FOSSCamp: Bear, should do both server and desktop while there
• FLOSS/Usability: Jeffrey (Desktop), Matthew (?) or Travis or Bobby, Ted to figure out
• She's Geeky: Katie
• Process for conferences: check with ops if there's travel (i.e. cost) involved, otherwise, let's go to as many local events we can and encourage people to do some, would be good to have a master presentation that people could use as a jump start, PPD to work on producing such material
• BayPiggiess^?: Philippe to contact them

Board meeting

• Tuesday morning next week so ops meeting moved to 1pm
• Katie to send stuff to ops in preparation of the meeting

Strategy

• Katie writing up reports on meetings she had
• OpenLazlo^? meeting, next Thursday morning, Jared, Philippe, Ted, Philippe to recontact David
• Windmill presentation at BayPiggies^? done by Adam and Mikeal. Excellent reception! Mikeal to write and email a report (already updated his personal blog)
• Jared back-of-envelope ads business model, sent a spreadsheet template, ops to look at this
• Issue with people going to the osafoundation.org instead of the chandlerproject.org page. Jared to look into a smart page redirec
• Apply to the Google program for non-profit so Chandler Project gets a higher hit (Jared)

Staff meeting

• Demo: Twitter plug in (?), Autofill of account info (Heikki)
