Preview meeting

Should we continue? If so, what should be the ongoing charter?

• Don't need the meeting once we declare Preview done
• Lots of things will be handled on an on-going basis by the various teams (service, desktop, cosmo, ppd)
• The general coordination and follow up (stats) can be handled at the ops meeting level
• We may need a forum for cross team communication and another for community growth. Discussion on those. Plan of record right now:
  • The various lists (pr, strategy, ops-wg, design, etc...) and team meetings seem to cover all.
  • We should certainly share data during the staff meetings.
  • Make sure everybody is engaged in recruiting users (answering users on mailing lists and IRC). All ideas from all corners of the group are good.

• Katie has the list of proposed discussion topics
• Next action is an email @ everyone (Katie)

Launch party questions

• 80 or so people
• Cocktail party @ 543 (roof) or Thirsty Bear or 112 Mina
• Proposal: show screencast and other demos on projections

Service

• Hub upgrade : switched this morning to Cosmo 0.7 rc4, things seems to be working well
• ToS^?: Didn't receive them yesterday. We should receive them any time. Will post as soon as we have them. We need to have that done 1 week before the launch (09/10).
