Interns

• IT intern had problems with his Visa and won't be coming
• Cosmo SoC^? student is dropping out
• KEI intern presentation on Thursday August 9th
• We'll have more technically oriented presentations at OSAF staff meetings for SoC^? and interns

Donation page

• Issue with people using it to "optimize" their Google position
• Heikki proposes to have one such page but with no links
• Proposes to extend it to include credit to contributors
• Jared mentions that we have a donation page already, needs work to be moved to the chandlerproject.org site
• This is a Philippe's project

Any list threads that need attention?

• Thread on the Terms of Service to follow on (Jared)

Bugzilla update

• Jared asking for IT and Dave about Bugzilla update timing
• Monday, Tuesday or Thursday morning seems to be the best

Staff meeting next week

• Ted and Katie and others at OSCON
• We'll held the meeting anyway
• Philippe to run the meeting in Katie's absence
