• Conference rooms and phones
  • Last week there were a bunch of issues where the phones weren't working in conference rooms
  • People had removed the phone or kicked the cord and they didn't work when people showed up to meet
  • In another room, there was a problem with acoustics
  • Basically there were only 2 rooms we could use
  • Next action - KEI will setup the old Topaz suite for OSAF to use reliably or fix the acoustics in Middle Earth
  • We are taking this issue seriously and addressing the problem
• Phone system
  • KEI would like to replace the phone system with a new VOIP system
  • Jared working to figure out OSAF requirements
  • Need to understand needs of remote usage
    • Remote person to remote person
    • Quality is important
    • How do we include outside remote people
    • Interop - possible requirements
    • Cross-platform
• Legacy blogs - what are the next actions
  • Do we keep these blogs up and working
  • We shouldn't break links to this content (particularly for Andi's)
