Hiring/Benefits Discussion

Meeting with Scott Rosenberg

• Sheila and Katie will be meeting with Scott Rosenberg in Dec to give him an update on the status of Chandler.

Wing Licenses

• Jared sent an email about this.
• In the process of migrating our Wing licenses to new hardware, we did an inventory.
• We have some licenses that can be freed up - gives us about 6 available.
• We probably don't need more for now.

Schwag for outside contributors

• We discussed a process to give people schwag if they have been helping with the project.
• We decided that people should email candidates to Pieter.

Branding Questions and Assumptions

• Katie has started to think about all the things we need to change for our brand.
• There were concerns about trying to fix too much (everything in code, mailing lists).
• We need to come up with criteria for framing what we will do and won't do. This will help us keep the priorities clear.
• We will think about this in conjunction with the website cleanup project.
• Our branding work (new name) will applies to all projects.
• We will continue to use the project codenames for the short-term.
