* Discussion about enacting new purchasing policy for employee equipment. Appropriate e-mails to be sent.

Chandler alpha4/osaf.us migration

The question arose, "When do we tell "the world" to use Chandler alpha4 against osaf.us?". Philippe to write up a switchover plan and send to the appropriate mailing list. OSAF dogfooders should be using Chandler alpha4, not the Chandler trunk

Feature creep/Focus

We need to be watchful regarding feature creep between now and preview. As a part of this, we also need to clarify when something is a "feature" or needed for testing - like offline mode. We should also be trying to simplify problems and limit the scope of design discussions. We all need to help with this

Vacation time

We should be aware of when people are planning to take vacations, as this impacts planning
